Alliance Pipeline is proposing to construct and operate an approximately 79 mile long, 12 inch diameter natural gas pipeline lateral between an existing gas processing facility near Tioga, North Dakota and a tie-in along the existing Alliance mainline near Sherwood, North Dakota.
