2015 Tolls and Rates
Pursuant to the terms of the governing transportation agreements on each of Alliance Pipeline Limited Partnership (Alliance Canada) and Alliance Pipeline L.P. (Alliance U.S.), the applicable tolls and rates were adjusted, effective January 1, 2015. For Alliance U.S., this change applies to those negotiated rates subject to annual rate adjustment provisions. Other negotiated rates and stated recourse rates remain unchanged.
The Demand Charge for Firm Transportation Service on Alliance Canada of $1,076.8011/103m3/month ($1.005/mcf) effective January 1, 2015 was filed with the National Energy Board (NEB) on October 31, 2014.The Pipeline Abandonment Demand Surcharge on Alliance Canada of $24.2085/103m3/month (2.3¢/mcf) effective January 1, 2015 was approved by the NEB on March 10, 2015.
The Negotiated Reservation Charge for Firm Transportation Service on Alliance U.S. of $16.1123/Dth/month (58¢/mcf) and the applicable Negotiated Non-Renewal Charges, all effective January 1, 2015, were approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on December 18, 2014.
