- The Negotiated Reservation Charge for Firm Transportation Service of $17.1186/Dth/month effective January 1, 2012 was approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on December 16, 2011.
- The Negotiated Non-Renewal Charge of $1.4294/Dth/month effective January 1, 2012 was approved by FERC on December 16, 2011
- The Negotiated Non-Renewal Charge of $1.2759/Dth/month effective January 1, 2012 was approved by FERC on December 21, 2011.
